AI CREATIVE TECHNOLOGIST (freelancer)
Work location: Wroclaw or Remote
You will:
– explore and propose AI-driven visual solutions for ongoing and upcoming projects
– conduct practical R&D, testing tools, workflows, and hybrid pipelines combining AI and traditional CG/VFX
– translate experimental findings into production-ready approaches
– collaborate with directors, artists, and technical teams to adapt and refine concepts during production
– guide and support team members in implementing AI-based workflows and tools
– prototype visuals, sequences, and ideas across multiple disciplines (AI, 3D, animation, image generation, compositing)
– evaluate limitations of tools and propose alternative approaches when solutions fail or need adjustment
– contribute to shaping future AI workflows and creative pipelines within the studio
Qualifications:
– strong understanding of AI-driven image and video generation tools and workflows
– ability to translate creative ideas into working visual prototypes
– broad visual literacy and strong artistic sensibility
– experience working across multiple disciplines (AI tools, 3D, animation, compositing, concept development)
– understanding of classical post-production pipelines (animation, lighting, compositing, rendering)
– ability to rapidly test, iterate, and pivot when approaches do not produce the desired results
– strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose practical solutions for production environments
– ability to communicate findings and workflows clearly to artists and technical teams
Extra points for:
– experience integrating AI tools into professional production pipelines
– knowledge of 3D workflows (Maya, Blender, Houdini, Unreal, or similar)
– experience with AI video tools, generative animation, or hybrid AI/CG workflows
– experience collaborating with directors or creative teams on visual development
