We’re looking for a Treatment Designer to help shape high-level creative pitches for commercial, film, and branded content projects. You’ll work directly with directors, creatives, and producers to translate ideas into visually compelling pitch decks and narrative treatments.

Work location: Remote / APAC
Project-based / Freelance

You will:

– Lead the creative development of treatments from concept to layout
– Design visually engaging decks that elevate brief storytelling
– Translate abstract concepts into clear visual narratives
– Work with scripts, references, moodboards, and motion cues
– Maintain consistent aesthetic and brand tone across projects
– Collaborate with creative teams under fast turnarounds

Requirements:

– A strong visual storyteller
– Skilled in layout, typography & narrative flow
– Fluent with Keynote, Google Slides, InDesign or similar
– Comfortable working fast and iterating
– Experienced in film, advertising, or visual communication
– Experienced with CG, VFX, or motion design references
